Mr. Roshan Thiran is the Founder and CEO of the Leaderonomics Group. He has extensive experience in global leadership roles across Asia, Europe and the US. Being in General Electric (GE) for almost 10 years, he had undertaken several leadership roles such as the HR Asia Pacific Director, Asia Pacific Leadership Development Director, Executive Director and CFO.  He was the Board Director for national TVET agency PTPK for 2 years, Director of Operation for Star Media Group Berhad, and Talent Management Director for Johnson & Johnson.

Currently, he is also the adjunct Professor for UPSI under CEO Faculty program for the Ministry of Education.
