Professor Dr. Beh Loo See is a Professor at the Faculty of Business and Economics, University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur. She has published her works both locally and internationally and is a part of the editorial board of several international peer-reviewed journals, committees, coordinators of several programs, collaborative research projects and seminars. She is also involved with a number of local and international institutions as a resource person and as an associate member.

Her research interests revolves around public administration, public policy, human resource management, organizational behaviour, ethics, and sociopolitical studies.
